Our client, a global company focusing on logistics solutions based in Prague is hiring a new member for their team full of professionals with many possibilities of development.
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER Prague (90-95.000 CZK)
* Set up enterprise monitoring framework
* Architecting and planning of implementation
* Delivering of technical and architecture design
* To formulate standards related to IT monitoring landscape
* Provide technical consultancy to support the design and implementation planning of new infrastructure technologies
* Act as a SME and 3rd level support
* Deliver complex Infrastructure Projects Implementations
* Infrastructure Problem Management
* Automation initiatives
* At least 10 years of overall IT or related field experience
* Min. 5 ears of experience focusing on enterprise Tools and Monitoring
* To be familiar with: Microfocus OML, Splunk, Dynatrace, SCOM, Topaz, IQSonar, Microfocus Sitescope, TeamQuest, IBM Tivoli
* Good knowledge of Operating Systems, System Management, Hardware, Big Data, Automation tools and virtualization technologies
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication, collaboration and partnering skills
* Experience with technical writing
* Experience of indirect management
* Advantage: ITIL Foundation Certification, knowledge in Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, scripting languages such as Python, Java, C++
