* Managing of request-completion flows
* Following monitoring and ticketing system
* Evaluation of alarm statuses
* Ensuring the worldwide technical support
* Reporting on power plants performance
* IT or electricaengineering background
* Analytical thinking and data processing skills
* Ability to work in 24 hours regime (7-16.00 / 15-24.00)
* Reliability and data focus
* Communicative english
