*Ensure all incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk.
*Minimize the impact of incidents by resolving first time when possible.
*Involve appropriate IT resources in incidents and requests.
*Ensure all major incidents and changes that affect multiple users.
*Communicated to the business in a professional manner.
*Maintain a high level of customer awareness.
*Escalate incidents and / or requests to the Service Desk Team Leader.
Secondary/University education.
*Fluent knowledge of French language.
*Communication level of English language.
*Customer focused and service orientated.
*Understanding of how IT infrastructure components support the business.
*Pro-active style
