Our powerplants have been operating in Czechia, Slovakia, Romania & Chile.
We are based in Prague and Santiago and have offices in Colombia, Romania, Hungary, Cyprus, Greece & France
We are rapidly growing both in Europe, expanding into France and other countries, but also in Latin America where We will be expanding into Peru and others in the near future.
Our long-term goal is to develop a pipeline of greenfield projects of over 2 GWp.

- Assist with planning and forecasting of the Operations Department
- Coordinate activities such as communication with client/customer
- Preparation/coordination of continous improvement projects (team efficiency, search for weakspots in the organizations structure
- Participate in developing plans to ensure that the organization has appropriately skilled resources to meet its objectives & targets
- Improving system of KPI´s in Operations Departments (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Maintainance)
- Root cause failure analysis and mitigation planning
- Monitoring, control and support service delivery
- Technical background, or previous experience in technical oriented company
- Proven track record in continous improvement
- Experience of maintaining high performing service support functions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multitasking as well as ability to “think outside of the box”
- Good level of English (spoken & written)
- Spanish is a plus
